I will tell you the positive things I have noticed in the short week that I have been using it. I am seeing way less hair in my brush! My hair now has a shine to it that it was lacking! The recommendations say to apply to clean damp hair. I did that the first time and decided that was going to be way too much shampooing to do it that way. I apply it when my hair is dry to my scalp.
