Processing Time: Once you place an order with us, we strive to process it promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods: We exclusively use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping.

Domestic Shipping: Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping using USPS.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination address. You can see the shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your order.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the USPS website to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery Confirmation: USPS provides delivery confirmation for all orders. This means you’ll receive a notification when your package is delivered to the specified address.

Delayed or Lost Shipments: In the rare event that a shipment is delayed or lost in transit, please contact USPS using the provided tracking number. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping Changes: If you need to make changes to your shipping address or method after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.

Shipping Holidays: Please note that USPS observes national holidays. Shipments may be delayed during these holidays.
