To qualify for a refund, you must return the product to us in its original condition. Handling Fee: Please note that all returns will incur a $8.95 handling fee per order. Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we’ll promptly inspect and process it. Your refund will be issued for the original purchase amount (including tax), minus the non-refundable shipping fees from your initial order and the handling fee as mentioned above. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please be aware that your financial institution may take an additional 7-14 business days after receiving the notification email to reflect this transaction. If your original payment method is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit. Exchanges: Exchanges are free of charge. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, you’ll be responsible for covering the remaining balance. Conversely, if you are exchanging for a lower-priced product, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. Defective or Damaged Products: In the rare event that you receive a hair product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we are more than willing to provide a replacement. To qualify for a replacement due to defects or damages, please follow these steps:

    • If your claim is approved, we will promptly dispatch a replacement product.
